A wetland delineation must be performed. The wetland delineation is submitted to the Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District (MCWD) for their approval. After the delineation has been approved by the MCWD the delineated <br /> edge must be shown on a certificate of survey. <br /> If only a pool house is to be built and it is not attached to the home, it must meet principal structure setback which is 50 <br /> feet from the front and rear of the property and 30 feet from the sides. I must also be 10 feet from the home and 35 <br /> feet from the edge of the wetland and cannot be built with the wetland easement. <br /> If you are going to potentially have a garage addition which will including a pool house the setbacks are 50 feet from the <br /> front and rear of the property and 30 feet from the sides.
