VOTE: Ayes 5,Nays 0. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Ralph Kempf, 3675 Togo Road, stated he is excited to see the Dakota Trail Cooperative Agreement <br /> approved, which is the next step going forward along with the reconstruction of the intersection of County <br /> Roads 15 and 19.
