• • • •
e
To: Rick Kreiger, Kevin Kamerud, Mike Gaffron and Bruce Vang
Fnarr Willie Gibbs, ISTS Manager
Datee May 16,2006
Ree 355 Stubbs Bay Road
The proposed bam addition is to include plumbing. The septic system for the house is located approx.
150 feet or more away from the plumbing in the bam. This additional plumbing will also be adding to
the water flow into the system. I am there fore requiring that the following be done:
1) The existing system must be certified as to being up to code and sized appropriately for the amount
of current and proposed water useage. If the existing system is found to be up to code then a site
plaNdesign needs to be submitted showing how the sewage from the bam is going to be hooked into
the system. A secondary septic site must be identified on the site plan.
2) If the existing system is not up to code then a new design must be done. The new design must
show how the bam plumbing is to be connected and must also show a secondary septic site.
If the building perrnit for the bam is issued then it should be agreed that no plumbing would be allowed
until the questions regarding the septic system have been answered.
1
