The plans also include service sink, water heater and washer/dryer. Installation of <br /> the sink and washer requires that the property owners execute a Limited Wastewater in <br /> Accessory Building Covenant - copy for signatures is attached, pending Matt Brokl's OK <br /> for format. <br /> The initially proposed fixtures, and the future fixtures, will require connection to a <br /> conforming wastewater treatment system. Willie, please review the existing system and <br /> contact the builider/owner to determine how they plan on treating this waste, given that <br /> the existing house with recent additions has a system designed for 3 bedrooms, a house <br /> layout that could easily grow to 4-5 bedrooms, and now the addition of waste from the <br /> barn. <br />
