(Depends on lot width,this can be verified with a survey). <br /> Hardcover. Tier 1—25% Hardcover allowed <br /> Structural Coverage. Up to 20%of the gross area of the lot is allowed to be covered with structures. <br /> City sewer and water available. There will be the costs associated for a contractor to perform the sewer connection and <br /> the sewer and water permit fees. <br /> ******************************************************************* <br /> PID: 07-117-23-23-0007,Address Unassigned (Lot off Webb Street) <br /> LR-1C Zoning District <br /> (Substandard lot in area) <br /> Setbacks. <br /> 30' front and rear setback <br /> 10'side yard setback <br /> Hardcover. We are still researching, but since this lot is vacant and was never developed, a City <br /> Sewer Connection charge of$5,100 and a 2018 Metropolitan Council Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) of$2,485 would be <br /> required to be paid prior to issuance of a building permit. There would also be the costs associated for a contractor to <br /> perform the sewer connection and the sewer and water permit fees. We will continue to research to determine if the a <br /> City Sewer Connection and Met Council SAC charges are required. <br /> 1 <br />
