<br />EROSION CONTROL NOTES
<br />1. Install perimeter erosion control ferlcing per the standard detail plates.
<br />2. Within 24 hours of completion of the berm and ditch grading, install erosion
<br />control blanket on the side slopes of the berm and the ditch bottom. Blanket
<br />should be NINDOT category 3 with a minimum staple pattern of 1.5 per
<br />square yard.
<br />3. Also, for ditch check dams, place triangular silt dikes every 25 feet in the
<br />driveway ditch on the south side of the driveway.
<br />4. Other exposed areas should receive mulch and send within 14-21 days after
<br />final grading.
<br />5. Seeding of disturbed areas should include 4-6 inches of topsoil, mixture. 190
<br />until Oct. 20 or dormant seeding from Oct. 20 -Nov. 15, at 601bs/acre with a
<br />maximum soil temperature of 35o, with type 1 mulch (2 tons/acre) disc
<br />anchored.
<br />6. Upon establishment of turf, the silt fence shall be removed and disposed
<br />offsite.
