/S$O 6f`' �N ' <br /> . <br /> � <br /> .� O� <br /> � � <br /> ��, CITY of ORONO <br /> � � � <br /> �� G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��kESH�g'� NO. 3 211 <br /> A RESOLDTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF • <br /> TANGL$WOOD SECOND ADDITION <br /> FII.$ NO. 1749 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHER$AS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision of a two-lot p lat by James F. Lawrence, hereinafter (the <br /> subdivider); and <br /> WH$RBAS, on September 14, 1992, the Orono City Council <br /> adopted Reso lution No. 3177 granting approva 1 of a conditiona 1 use <br /> permit to allow the continued use of a second residential structure on <br /> the property for guest house use per Municipal Zoning Code Section <br /> 10.28, Subdivision 3; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to declaration Document No. 1368041, I <br /> proposed Lot 2, Block 1, Tanglewood Second Addition shall share in the <br /> maintenance of the road and all other improvements within the <br /> Tanglewood Plat, including a share in the ownership of Tanglewood <br /> Road; and <br /> WH$REAS , the subdivision has been found to meet all <br /> standards of the RR-1B Rural Residential Zoning District finding that <br /> each lot is of a size and configuration that will al low the continued <br /> use and future single family residential use to be developed without <br /> the need of any variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of al 1 the requirements of Resolution No. 3148, <br /> the resolution granting preliminary approval of the plat. <br /> 2. Dedication to the City of a drainage easement providing for <br /> limitations on the use of a wetland/pond on Lot 1, Block 1, <br /> Tanglewood Second Addition and shown on the plat as <br /> "drainage easements". <br /> Page 1 of 3 � <br />
