Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, the Government Data <br /> Practices Act, I am requesting access to any and all files, documents or information in the City's <br /> possession relating to or arising out of the design and construction of the Krier home at 1491 <br /> Shoreline Drive. This request includes, but is not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Applications for any and all building permits and the permits themselves. <br /> 2. All plans, drawings or other documents submitted to the City in connection with the <br /> construction of the home plus any comments or orders issued by the City. <br /> 3. All inspection records and notes. <br /> 4. All corrPspondence, notes, ::emos or other documents in the City's files relating to <br /> this home. <br /> If all items can be copied and sent to my office for under $200.00, please have them copied and <br /> mailed to the attention of my legal assistant, Janice Danielson.
