You agreed to remove portions of driveway to bring <br /> your property into compliance and allow for the addition. Since the project had a final <br /> inspection and was closed out the driveway was replaced and the shed was added. <br /> Therefore the C,ity must require you to remove hardcover again to 25% or less in the 75' to 250' <br /> zone. If you can reduce the percentage to 25 or less with the shed the City will be able to issue a <br /> Building Permit for it. If not, it will be required to be removed from the property along with <br /> hardcover in excess of 25%. Please contact me within the next 2 weeks to discuss how you <br /> would like to proceed.
