See the attached sheets and sketches. There are a few problems that need to be solved: 1. Survey indicates one continuous driveway serving three units. Approved Development Landscape Plan shows three individual driveways with green space&trees between driveways. Revise sunrey to match the approved plan. 2. Show on the survey the retaining wall between 660 and the future triple to the east of it. If wall is not proposed, I will want something from HOA saying it's OK not to build it. 3. Identify other proposed retaining walls shown on the Approved Development Landscape Plan to the north and west of 662 and 664. If these are not needed or not going to be installed, I need some authorization from the HOA for that revision from the master plan. 1
