This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1666. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Single Family Rural <br /> Residential Zoning District requiring 2 acres of dry <br /> contiguous land. The property consists of 22,490 square feet <br /> or .516 acres. <br /> 3.
