It has come to the att�ntion of this department that the garage on your property at 2251 Pine Ridge
Lane has become dil�pidated and is in danger of collapse. Therefore the City is requesting you to
remove the building�s soon as possible. A demolition permit will be required and the building and
all of the foundation will need to be removed from the site. The pernut fee is$35.00. Please contact
me to let me know v�rhen the building can be removed. Thank you for your cooperation.
