In closing out the building permit for the single family home at 2789 Pheasant Road I do not have record that a final
inspection for the set and seal of the water meter was ever done. Please call 952-249-4600 to schedule the inspection
or provide a copy of the inspection report.
I will have the certificate of occupancy prepared and we will plan to issue it next week. I will also prepare the request
for approval of$10,000 temporary certificate of occupancy escrow refund and submit it to the finance
department. Please note,all expenditures, including escrow refunds, require council approval. The next council
meeting is July 27th. Checks will be mailed following the meeting.
