Please call 952-249-4600 to schedule the inspection <br /> or provide a copy of the inspection report. <br /> I will have the certificate of occupancy prepared and we will plan to issue it next week. I will also prepare the request <br /> for approval of$10,000 temporary certificate of occupancy escrow refund and submit it to the finance <br /> department. Please note,all expenditures, including escrow refunds, require council approval. The next council <br /> meeting is July 27th.
