Andy,
A site visit was made to 2730 Pheasant Road yesterday and the inspector reported there is exposed soil on the
property. The inspector noted the silt fence has been removed. Please re-establish erosion control measures until the
site has been stabilized with vegetation. Once all disturbed areas have been established with vegetation please contact
us for a follow-up inspection.

Hi Andy,
Once the as-built survey and hardcover calculations are complete,we will need one,full-size copy of the survey,to scale
delivered or mailed to our office. Our engineer will perform a desk review and we will have an inspector visit the site to
confirm the as-built survey matches the current site conditions.
Once everything has been approved I will process the escrow refund request. Please note that all expenditures,
including escrow refunds require council approval so depending upon the timing it may take several weeks before the
check will be issued.
