The City of Orona currently owns a strip of land that measures
40' by approxi�iately 300 ' . This strip of land is adjacent to
Mr. Dallas Mess�r, 2673 Pheasant Road.
Mr. Messer is currently using part of this strip of land for
vehicular access to his residence.
Mr. Messer has offered to purchase this land from the City.
We are sending this letter to inform all property owners abutting
this strip of land so that they may offer comments regarding the
sa le of this land to Mr. Messer.
This item wi 11 be heard by the Orono City Counci 1 on May 9, 1988.
