not grant permission for additional or related work which requires sepazate
permits. All provisions of laws and ordinances govertiing this type of work

expire and become null and void if construction authorized is not

furnish and supply a microbial assessment by a certified industrial hygienist,and protocol for remediation by said
industrial hygienist prior to start of the repair and again at the completion of repairs at owners expense.This estimate of
repairs does not include microbial remediation; a separate estimate would be required to remediate microbial
contamination.
