An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following: 1.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground. 2.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed. The plan does not comply with the City Survey/site plan requirements: Plan was not signed by a licensed professional;contours are not depicted as required;structures within 50 ft of the property boundaries are not depicted 2. The Site Plan depicts a sidewalk being removed but does not depict a new one. However a new one is shown in the Building plans.
