RE: 40 Feet of Lot 5, "Pheasant Lawn"
Dear Ms. Forrer:
Today we met to discuss the 40 feet of Lot 5 for which you have a quit claim deed.
The City Clerk found a letter from your neighbor asking to combine the 40 feet with his lot
in 1995. It appears that he combined these properties into one tax parcel.
It is not clear as to whether your quit claim deed was filed with Hennepin County and whether
they were aware of the easements when this request was filed. It does appear that they were
aware of the City's easement for access to the sewer line.
I suggest that you contact an attorney to determine your legal rights and the status of your quit
claim deed.
