We have reviewed the as-built grading plan for 2655 Shadywood Road/2600 Pheasant Road
dated 12-7-10. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The as-built plan is acceptable from an engineering standpoint.
• We recommend that the status of the existing ingress and egress and the proposed
drainage and utility easements be reviewed prior to issuing the Certificate of Occupancy.

Dear Melanie:
We have reviewed the as-built grading plan for 2655 Shadywood Road/2600 Pheasant Road
dated 8-20-10. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The as-built plan submitted does not appear to contain any as-built elevation
information. The plan should provide enough as-built information to show that proposed
grading did take place according to the approved plans. For this site, showing the EOF
elevation at the driveway is critical. The plans should also provide top and bottom of
retaining wall elevations as well.
• We recommend that the status of the existing ingress and egress and the proposed
drainage and utiliry easements be reviewed prior to issuing the Certificate of Occupancy.
