Chris,
I've reviewed the As-built and offer the following comments:
1. As of April 16th, 2015 this property was pending a wetland determination. The file does not include the results
of that delineation. The As-built should depict any wetlands that were delineated as well as appropriate buffers.
2. The As-built depicts a retaining wall and stone steps near that lake that were not on the approved plan and
could potentially be within the wetland area.
