Would one of you please help me (actually Scott) on this?
I need you to contact Mary Safar (new home going in at 915 Partenwood) she currently lives at 925 Partenwood and
either pass this document on to her or print it for her signature. Let her know that she needs to submit$3000 as an
escrow for her utility contractor to conduct the work within the City right of way.
