The lift station actually is not on that PID—it is in the right-of-way. The lift station PID should be listed as"adjacent to"
that PID. The lift station address can stay as 632. The PID itself should be addressed as 640.

Mike,
I was going to work on that address assignment for 640 Park Lane and looked in our address book,we have that same
PID listed as Lift Station#28 with a address book only address of 632 Park Lane.
Do you think that matters,or should we leave it 632, or what?
Please advise.

City or the homeowners when this process has been completed. Please check the Hennepin

Click on "Property Information Search" on the right and search by address or PID (Property ID
Number).
You may also call Hennepin County at any time to check on the status of your address change
