I don't think I have been here long enough to answer this one yet. Thanks, Roger From: Sawicki, ]ames V [mailto:jsawicki@cbburnet.com] Sent: Monday,June O1, 2015 3:51 PM To: Roger Peitso Subject: Setback question - 630 Park Lane Good afternoon Roger, I have a question for your regarding garage setbacks. The parcel appears to zoned LR-16 but is non-conforming(.28 acres). It is for sale, and a client of mine is wondering if it would be possible to demolish the existing detached garage (which is beginning to fail)and rebuild it attached to the house where an existing patio is. I have been looking through the city code a bit and I cannot find a section on setbacks(I'm sure it's in there but I have not found it yet). What is the minimum set back from the lot line for an attached garage? This would be over one hundred feet from the shore and would be within the applicable hard cover percentages for tier 1. Feel free to call me if you need further details,or reply here.Thank you for your time and effort!
