This sequirement shall not apply when an individual is asked to supply imestigative data,pursuant to section 13.81, subdivision 5, to a law

Subd.3.Access to data by individuaL Upon request to a responsible authority,an indrvidual sholl be informed whether he rs the subject

Dear Dennis:
The purpose of this letter is to document that I designed the beams, posts and footings for
this project shown on the attached sketches. I have not reviewed adequacy of the existing
structure other than for support of the posts as shown on the attached sketches.
Based on our conversations I have assumed the wall supporting the steel post is an 8"
thick concrete block wall and that it is supported on a 16" wide x 10" deep concrete
footing, that needs to be verified. If those or any other structural information regarding
the existing structure is not as shown on the sketches I need to be notified.
