Re: Zoning Violation
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Laue:
On September 19, 1995 Bruce Vang, Orono Field Inspector, and myself inet with Mrs. Laue to
discuss storage of various items near the shed on your properry. Just prior to our visit the shed
was tipped over exposing the contents. This added to the items that were stored outside. Mrs.
Laue requested an extension of the deadline for clean-up due to the circumstances.
The City will extend the deadline until October 23, 1995. If you have any questions or if you
have a problem meeting this deadline, please feel free to contact me at my office.

RE: Maintenance of Property
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Laue:
On September 19, 1995, Bruce Vang of.this office and myself inet with Mrs. Laue to discuss
exterior storage of items near the shed in the back yard. Just prior to the visit, the shed was
tipped over and moved off the neighbor's .property exposing the contents. Due to the
circumstances, Mrs. Laue asked to have until October 23, 1995 to clean up the items. As of
this date, the area has not been cleaned up and the shed has not been repaired or replaced..
This letter is to require you to clean up the area and remove the shed, or if you wish to reuse
it you must apply for a building permit to place it in an acceptable location. A deadline of
May 27, 1996 has been established. If this deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal
action. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at my office.
