Description:
All that part of Lot described as follows: Beginning on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 5 at a
point 90 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot ;; thence Westerly to the Southwest corner of said lot;
thence Northerly to most Northerly corner of said lot; thence Southeasterly on the hortheasterly line of
said lot a distance of 82.1 feet; thence Southwesterly to the point of beginning;

Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said lot a distance of 40 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel
