Hello,
I emailed the attached escrow agreement to John Daly yesterday stating we needed it signed by the property owner and
returned with a check for$2,500. As I went to call John this morning to say the permit was ready to pick up I realized we
have an escrow on file, so we only need the attached agreement signed, no additional escrow money at this time.
Once we receive the signed, updated escrow agreement the permit is ready to be issued. The balance of the permit fee
will be required at that time.
