Hi John, Thank you for the attached survey. It looks like the surveyors have changed from the proposed to the as-built. The attached as-built survey does not meet the City's as-built survey requirements which require all improvements to be shown with final topography, retaining walls and all hardcover i.e. flagstone walks/paths, steps/stairs, etc. as well.As-built hardcover calculations are also required. Please submit the update information for our review and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
