I'm at home now, but the addition to the garage was also part of the project, as I remember. We would need the
as-built information to reflect the new drainage/grades, etc.

,Thanks,for responding back on this. The variance for the project entailed a setback with the remodel
project. This was not a new build and the survey as-built confirms the work that was permitted.

Thank you for the attached survey. It looks like the surveyors have changed from the proposed to the as-built.
The attached as-built survey does not meet the City's as-built survey requirements which require all improvements to be
shown with final topography, retaining walls and all hardcover i.e. flagstone walks/paths, steps/stairs, etc. as well.As-built
hardcover calculations are also required.
Please submit the update information for our review and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Our records indicate all inspections have been completed for the property addressed 1065 Ferndale Road W and we are
waiting for an as-built survey to be submitted. After the as-built survey is received our engineer will perform a desk
review and an inspector will visit the site. Once the as-built survey has been approved we will process an escrow refund
for the$2,500 we currently hold.

Please call 952-249-4600 to schedule the inspections within 10 business days so we can verify correct
installation for your safety. If this project has not been inspected within the 10 days allotted a new permit will
be required before this work can be inspected. If we do not receive a response your property address file will
reflect an uninspected improvement and could be problematic when selling your home.
Prior to the release of the$2,500 currently held in escrow an as-built survey must be submitted. After the as-
built survey has been approved the escrow money will be refunded. Please note all expenditures, including
escrow refunds, require council approval. Depending upon the timing, it may take several weeks before the
check will be issued.
