I've been traveling out of state for work and then when I'm home and remember the sun has already gone down! 1 Here is the area in question. We want to know if we could cover this area with landscape fabric and if that would suffice. We would like to plant wild flower seed here on the hill but it's just too late in the season. Also, I had a chance to discuss with Tim what we discussed, and he asked about the deposit. Traditionally when people don't move in the city only collects$2,500 for the escrow.
