Dear Mr. Johnson:
I am writing in regards to your temporary certificate of occupancy that was issued on January 2,
2008. The corrections that had been called out to complete, were to have been done by June of
2008. The temporary certificate of occupancy has expired and the corrections have not been
done to this date.
I would appreciate a phone call or letter as to your plans to finish up the required work so that
this o�ce may issue a complete certificate of occupancy and close out this file. The best time to
reach me is between 8:00-9:00 am and after 3:30 pm.
