Your plans as submitted do not suffice. Please submit a revised Certificate of Survey meeting all of the attached requirements for the permit review to continue. I will forward an escrow agreement form for the property owners to sign and submit with a $2000 erosion control escrow upon receipt of completed plans. Thank you.
