Regarding the permit applications submitted for 1435 Park Drive,the City requires the proposed improvements and
proposed grading be shown on an updated survey. Your plans as submitted do not suffice. Please submit a revised
Certificate of Survey meeting all of the attached requirements for the permit review to continue.
I will forward an escrow agreement form for the property owners to sign and submit with a $2000 erosion control
escrow upon receipt of completed plans.
