The vacation does not affect the access or the use of adjoinin properties . 2. The City has not and does not intend to develop, improve, or us the dedicated right-of-way of Forest Boulevard for road purposes. 3. The City has not and does not intend to maintain or instal utilities within the dedicated right-of-way of Forest Boulevard. 4.
