Dear Ms. Vee:
This office represents Sean and Melissa Wambold in litigation concerning the above-
referenced property ("the Property"). I would like to review the city files related to this
matter. In accordance with Minn. Stat. §13.03, subd.3, please make available far my
inspection and copying the following documents:
• All Planning Commission and City Council Minutes during which the
Property was discussed or considered for any reason, from 2003 through the
present.
• All correspondence, notes, emails or other documentation memorializing any
written or oral communications with Edgar and/or Uta Otte, from 2003
through the present.
• All correspondence, notes, emails or other documentation memorializing any
written or oral communications with Sean and/or Melissa Wambold.
• Any and all permit and/or variance applications, including but not necessarily
limited to building permits, conditional use permits, or land alteration permits
of any kind involving the Property.
• All Requests for Council Action and all documents memorializing Council
actions concerning the Property including City Council Resolutions, from
2003 through the present.
• All surveys, engineering reports, planning reports and inspection reports
re;uted to the Pra�:,:ty�, fro�r 2QC3 t�::eagh t::e p:esent.
• City of Orono Zoning File #OS-3074.
