Dear Mr. Lanpher:
On June 8, 1998 the City Council granted variances to rebuild a deck, pool and shed on your
property. As of this date, the building permit has not been applied for. Please submit structural
plans and an application as soon as possible. If the submittals aze accepta.ble,a permit can be issued
and when a final inspection is completed,the City can close out the file on your project. If you have
