Dear Evelyn,
We have reviewed the site/grading plan for the proposed driveway modification and house addition at 500
Oxford Road, dated 06/26/06. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• Engineered design and details should be submitted for review and approval for all retaining walls
over four feet in height, and for all tiered walls with a separation of less than two times the wall
height.
• The city should review the extents of tree removals associated with the proposed driveway antl
associated grading.
