Re: Lakeshore Violations
Dear Mr. Kilbane:
It has come to the attention of the Cin-that some fill and a shed have been placed in your lake shore
yard. City Ordinances prohibit construction within 75 feet of the lake,but allows minor amounts of
fill. Therefore the City must require�-ou to remove the shed from the property or obtain a building
permit to place it in an acceptable location. A permit application must also be submitted for the land
alteration and a site inspection will be conducted to determined if the fill is in compliance with City
Ordinances. A deadline date of 4-24-00 has been established for removal and/or application
