The Building & Zoning Department is in receipt of your application for a building permit, which
was received by this office on Apri14, 2000. A review of the application fmds that the following
information needed for review is missing:
Certificate of Survey - Draw proposed deck to scale on enclosed survey
Hardcover Calculations.
Review of your application will not continue until the noted items are received. Failure to submit
required iterns immediately may result in delays in issuance of permits.
