The poured wall inspection was performed on 8/12/2013. They have started framing without a foundation as-built. I
spoke to Tom Bren this morning. He thought it was done and was going to check.
Multiple fixtures and multiple mechanical permits were issued in September& October. DO NOT ISSUE ANY
ADDITIONAL PERMITS FOR THIS PROPRERTY UNTIL THE FOUNDATION SURVEY HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AND
APPROVED.
