Re: Maintenance of private property and expiration of temporary
certificate of occupancy
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Peterson:
Due to a complaint about your property an inspection was conducted on
June 19, 1989. This inspection revealed the following code violations:
l. High grass and weeds, brush pile, debris violation of Orono
Municipal Code Section 9.55, Subdivision 1 and 2.
2. Storage of bulldozer, violation of Section 10.60, Subdivision 13.
In reviewing your file, it was also noted that a Temporary Certificate
of Occupancy was issued on August 1, 1986 with completion of the following
items required in 30 days of issuance:
l. correct fireplace clearance; �/
2. provide truss diagrams signed by registered engineer;
3. finish basement;
4. complete final grading.
On March 11, 1987, a follow-up letter was sent. As of this date, this �
matter as not been resolved.
This letter is to notify you that the above code violations must be
eliminated and an inspection of the corrections listed on the Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy must be arranged by you before July 10, 1989. If
this deadline is not met, the City may issue citations. If you have anv
