We would like to request the City of Orono to combine the three lots we own into one so that it would
make a larger single lot in size.The lots we want to combine are: Lots 16, 17,8,9, Block 13 Minnetonka
Bluffs, located in Orono.The reason for combining lots is so that a buyer could replace existing structure
with a larger one.

02-117-23-31-0011 16 & 17 13 Minnetonka Bluffs 570 Orono Orchard Road South
Zoning application #3652 vacated the existing utility easement through the above
properties. Please request the County to combine the above three PIDs into one PID
which will continue to be addressed 570 Orono Orchard Road South.
