I received your letter requesting City sewer for 450 Orono Orchard Road. Unfortunately we are unable to honor your
request for sewer as this property is not within our planned sewered areas or MUSA (Metropolitan Urban Service Area).
I have attached a link to the section of the 2010-2030 Comprehensive Plan which discusses the City's plan for providing
sewer to Orono properties. You will see that this property is not included in the current or future plan for sewer.
