Re: Deck Construction
Dear Mr. Raiche:
On May 15, 1998 this office completed a plan review on a deck that you built on your property
without a building permit. on August 28, 1998 the City required you to obtain the permit by
September 9, 1998. As of this date the permit fee has not been paid. The City has provided ample
time for you to obtain the permit. Therefore, a new deadline of September 21, 1998 has been
established. If the permit is not issued and inspection of the work has not been arranged,the City
will issue citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for further legal action. If you have any
