To All,
I spoke with our bridge group and got some ball park numbers to use for planning purposes. For a prefab
bridge they are telling me to use about $100 per square foot of decking. This is the bridge cost only. The
foundation work could be as much as the bridge itself depending on soil conditions. Based on that you can
calculate the bridge deck area, multiply that by $100 and double it to get a rough estimate for an installed
bridge. We are in times of very volatile material pricing so timing of construction will have an impact on the
overall costs. Let me know if you need anything else.

Copies of the maps are currently in your mail box.
She also mentioned that since Don is on vacation this week you could call Tom Kellogg. He would be able to
direct you to some possible vendors familiar with bridge construction for golf courses, if that is the route you
wish to pursue.

I will print your maps and put them in your mail box. I also printed an additional 2 copies of a map I made with
topographic contours that might be easier to illustrate.
I understand that you already met with Evelyn & Chris to go over what we needed for the file (and the permit).
Lyle said that he doesn't need to meet with you for the permit unless you have specific questions, but you
should work with public works to come up with an appropriate design and cost for the bridge and then you will
need to work with Jay to move forward.
I'll be in tomorrow afternoon if you need anything else....

You should be able to draw in the pipe locations and list that the new pipes will be installed at the same
elevation as the existing elevations. Include the elevations on the site plan.
