Completely remove foundation(s) from the ground. 8. Completely dispose of all demolition debris off site in accordance with all applicable PCA requirements. 9. Abandon water wells in accordance with State Health Department regulations. 10. Call for an inspection when all debris has been removed, before backfilling. 11. Within 5 working days of superstructure removal, a final inspection shall be requested. The site shall be left clean and clear of all debris, with any excavation filled with earth level with the adjacent ground elevation (except when such excavation is to be used as part of a new building and such new building is actually under construction). 12. Abandon septic systems per Minnesota Rules Chapter 7080. All septic tanks must be pumped, crushed and filled with native soils. An inspection is required after the tanks are pumped and before the tanks are crushed and filled. 13. Yes,we will be honoring the 2010 approved boundary and type report with the understanding that John will be re- applying for a new boundary and type report by June 15th,2016 and that they will be having a buffer recorded to the property once the new boundary has been approved.The official permit will have a few extra stipulations that outline the requirements that we will need to see once the growing season fires back up again. As of right now, we have put John's project out for a one-week public notice and will be issuing his permit by Friday 20th (given no public comment occurs). I have spoken will John over the phone so he is fully aware that he will need to wait at least one more week before receiving his permit from the district. If you do not have a recent wetland delineation report you will need a new delineation done for your site. The next step is to fill out a state wetland boundary and type application (see attached),along with a Minnehaha Creek Watershed District permit application (attached). After the state wetland boundary and type application has been reviewed in the office,our wetland specialist conducts an on-site review during the comment period to confirm the wetland boundaries.On-site reviews only occur during the growing season. If it is too late in the season (first frost),the review process will continue in the spring. A MCWD wetland protection permit requires a 25', no-mow wetland buffer from the edge of the delineated wetland, which will need to be added to the survey after the delineation boundaries have been approved.
