I informed him that this wetland delineation will be valid through September 23, 2015. I also double-checked that the buffers on his plan meet our wetland protection rule, which they do; MCWD requires a 25' buffer for single family homes and he has a 35' buffer demarcated on the plan. He asked that I let you know that I reviewed this information with him. Thanks! (I'll try to get back to you this afternoon regarding our other permitting discussions.)
