City of Orono is requiring a signature from you,(Gordy& Addie Stoffer), relating to wetland buffer
preservation. Below are the three points they have submitted to me for you to agree to over the
duration of your occupancy.
We need a signed agreement from the new property owners that states they understand and agree to do
the following:
1. Establish and maintain the required wetland buffer per the plan.
2. Finalize the granting of the MCWD's declaration and covenants for the wetland buffer(follow up
with Terrence).
3. Agreement to grant an easement to the City for the drainage structure and pipe for access.
