Recall I have two projects going. One under my address at 15 Orono Orchard and the other combined
with the Benedicts at 25 Orono Orchard.
15 Orono-grading is done, seeding has been completed and is taking nicely. The silt sock remains in
place,but is probably not needed anymore. I have not got the as built survey done yet,but will be
contacting Sathre to do that soon.
25 Orono -While Benedicts pool is complete and landscaped, my project at the front of my driveway
yet mostly on their property,is about 1/3 of the way. It has been graded and the silt sock remains in
place. Plantings will take place in a week or two. At that time I will be having the rest of the
disturbed areas seeded.
If possible, I would like to suggest switching my $2,000 escrow from the 15 project(upon release)to
the 25 project. That way you could release the Benedicts escrow to them for their completed project,
yet retain mine as assurance that this second project will be completed to your satisfaction.
I am not asking for that just yet,but will do so after I have the as-built completed and submitted to
you.
