Kelly— Hello! Thank you for the no pressure email ® Christmas was nice but my children and I spent the weekend
alternating being sick so I don't want to continue that tradition. Hope yours was nice and healthy!
I copied Christine and Laura on this email to keep everyone on the same page.
I've attached the final approved grading plan for Oliver Hill. It looks like the highest existing (approved grade) is 1002';
yes, your proposed elevations (garage, house, LL) seem to be consistent with this. However, we will need to have you
identify a 1003'or 1003.5'contour/spot elevation on the proposed survey for this measurement to be verified and
documented at permit.
The wetland setback requirement is 35 feet from the edge of wetland. You will need to verify the buffer with the MCWD.
It looks like the entire rear portion of the house is cantilevered into the wetland setback. We permit encroachments into
the required yard areas with cantilevers however the wetland setback isn't a yard and the wetland setback must be met.
See Sec 78-1405. Where is the foundation of the house situated? I can't tell from the drawing.

I hope you will enjoy your time off. I don't expect a reply today, so no rush. When you get a chance,
please review the concept plan for Lot 2, Block 1, OLIVER HILL (2340 Oliver Hill). Am I using the
correct wetland setback of 35 feet? Also, could you please clarify if the high point (on which the
building height calculations will be made) can be considered the proposed garage floor elevation of
