A RESOLUTION RESCENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 5644
FILE NO. 07-3299
WHEREA , on July 23, 2007, the City Council of the City of Orono adopted
Resolution No. 5644 app ving a lot line rearrangement between properties located at 25 &
105 Orono Orchard Ro d North within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally
described as: See attache Exhibits A and B (hereinafter "the Properties"); and
WHEREA., Resolution No. 5644 was to be recorded after centain conditions
had been satisfied at the . e time as the deeds effectuaing the lot line rearrangement were
recorded; and
WHEREA., the City erroneously recorded Resolution No 5644 on August 28,
2007 as document number 9030263; and
WHEREA., the City has been notified that the owners of the Properties do
not intend to complete the I of line rearrangement.
NOW, TH REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota, that Resolutio No. 5644 is hereby rescinded.
Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 9th day of June, 2008.

All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 118
North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian,described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence
East along the South line thereof a distance of 13.39 chains; thence North 48.6 degrees West a
distance of 13.50 chains; thence North 36.5 degrees West a distance of 5.63 chains to the West
line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence South along said West line a
distance of 13.38 chains to the place of beginning, EXCEPT that part of the West 250 feet of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35,Township 118 North, Range 23 West of
the 5th Principal Meridian, lying North of the South 400.00 feet thereof and Southerly of the
centerline of Orono Orchard Road, and EXCEPT that part of the West 50 feet of the South 400 feet
of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 118, Range 23, lying
North of the South 374.0 feet thereof.
